1. Toplanan Veriler

SimpleLink uygulaması, size hizmet verebilmek için aşağıdaki verileri toplar:

• Hesap Bilgileri: İsim, soyisim ve e-posta adresi.
• Cihaz Bilgileri: Uygulamaya eklediğiniz akıllı cihazların teknik detayları ve durum bilgileri.
• Konum Verileri: WiFi kurulumu ve Bluetooth taraması için gerekli olan geçici konum izinleri (veriler sunucularımızda saklanmaz).

2. Verilerin Kullanımı

Verileriniz yalnızca uygulamanın temel işlevlerini yerine getirmek, cihazlarınızı uzaktan kontrol etmenizi sağlamak ve size teknik destek sunmak amacıyla kullanılır.

3. Veri Güvenliği

Verileriniz modern şifreleme yöntemleri ile korunur ve üçüncü taraflarla reklam veya pazarlama amacıyla paylaşılmaz.

4. Hesap Silme ve Veri Erişimi

Dilediğiniz zaman uygulama içerisindeki "Ayarlar" bölümünden hesabınızı ve buna bağlı tüm verileri silebilirsiniz. Ayrıca destek@simplelink.com adresine e-posta göndererek veri silme talebinde bulunabilirsiniz.

The SimpleLink app collects the following data to provide its services:

• Account Information: Name, surname, and email address.
• Device Information: Technical details and status information of the smart devices you add to the app.
• Location Data: Temporary location permissions required for WiFi setup and Bluetooth scanning (data is not stored on our servers).

2. Use of Data

Your data is used solely to perform the core functions of the application, enable remote control of your devices, and provide you with technical support.

3. Data Security

Your data is protected using modern encryption methods and is not shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. Account Deletion and Data Access

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the "Settings" section within the app. You can also request data deletion by sending an email to support@simplelink.com.
